Description
The deer is considered the king of the forests around Munich. In the Middle Ages, hunting was still a privilege that the dukes and later the rich citizens of the city claimed for themselves. All others had no hunting rights and were considered poachers. The most famous poacher in Munich was the robber Kneißl from Dachau. Because many pubs and festival tents are still decorated with antlers today, the stag is considered a symbol of Munich.
The deer bracelet is made in southern Germany. It is plated in high-quality rose gold and the fabric ribbon is hand-knotted.
