Description
The pretzel is available in Munich for breakfast, for white sausage or just like that. Court purveyor Jospeh Eilles employed the baker Anton Nepomuk Pfannenbrenner in his coffee house in Residenzstraße in 1893. Instead of sugar water, he brushed a caustic soda solution onto the previously sweet pretzels. This is how he invented the pretzel, which is a symbol of the city. The Mini Pretzel bracelet is made in southern Germany. The Munich symbol is fine gold plated in rose gold and the fabric ribbon is hand-knotted. Our jewellery symbols are made exclusively in Germany.
